Agreement:
The agreement describes our terms and conditions regarding our products and services, which are mentioned on our website, including updates, new releases, references, and others. Payments for all our services will be charged in US dollars, and the amount will be debited once you subscribe and shares the payment details as mentioned in our T&C agreement.
Payment Terms & Conditions:
- You can make payments through a valid debit card, credit card, or valid PayPal.
- There should be a sufficient fund balance in your account to make the transaction.
- Through other online payment modes, issues by GoTaxation are in writing.
- In case you provide wrong or incomplete details of the payment information, then you will be requested to notify us of the same. If you fail, you may get your account suspended or terminated without providing any further access to services.
- Suppose we are not aware of any updates in payment information. In that case, you may contact your card provider for uninterrupted payment of the services, and we will continue billing you with the same updates with your authorization.
- Unless and until it is mentioned in our services or product agreement, we will not renew your services automatically.
Accounting & Bookkeeping Services:
At GoTaxation, we provide numerous accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax management services. We only charge our users for what we deliver, and the payments are only made after the service is fully delivered. All the payments are subject to a refund and return policy, as mentioned on our website.
Indemnification:
Members agreed to indemnify and hold GoTaxation, its subsidiaries, parents, officers, employees, agents, and contractors harmless for any demand or claim which includes attorney fees and charges made by the third party due or caused by member’s user of services and violation of the said agreement. Any infringement by members or other users of the services using a member’s computer of any intellectual property or other rights related to a person or entitlement.
